I believe non-conscious pre-conceptions gathered along the way in life can keep you stuck in destructive patterns of inadequacy and failure. You will be challenged to discover, examine and extinguish these pre-conceptions and endless chatter in your head freeing up new energies to make new choices that allow you to express talents and creativity that fully reflect your “personal inner reality”. The one steadfast requirement is that you decide not to change existing behavior, but to commit to changing the core life beliefs that drive your total health, body, mind and spirit.
